Get Started

The Architecture of Creation.

A transparent production path for turning source material into short-form assets without guesswork. Each stage keeps scope, files, permissions, edits, and delivery clean.

From brief to final files.

The process is built for Phase 1 operations: simple intake, secure material transfer, clear payment, one included revision round, and final delivery for client posting.

01
Brief Intake

Send the brief

Tell us the package, goal, deadline, platform, audience, and what source material already exists. This gives us enough context to confirm the right lane before any edit starts.

  • Package or custom project type
  • Desired output count and deadline
  • Style references, brand notes, and platform target
02
Scope Lock

Confirm scope and payment

Fixed packages can move straight through Stripe checkout. Custom repurposing gets checked first so source length, output count, turnaround, and revision limits are clear.

  • Stripe checkout for fixed packages
  • Custom quote for unusual source length or complexity
  • Turnaround starts after payment and usable materials
03
Transfer

Upload materials

We send a dedicated upload link through Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or another agreed tool. Keep everything in one clearly named folder so the edit can move without asset hunting.

  • Footage, audio, transcripts, notes, and source documents
  • Logos, colors, fonts, captions preferences, and examples
  • File names that identify source, date, and priority
04
Access Check

Confirm permissions

Before editing, we check that links open, files download, and permissions are not blocking access. If something is missing, we flag it before the delivery clock starts.

  • Links set to view/download access
  • No password-only account sharing by default
  • Missing files or blocked permissions fixed before editing
05
Edit Pass

Cut and style

We shape the selected source into vertical edits with pacing, captions, light brand styling, simple text emphasis, music where useful, and platform-ready export settings.

  • Clean edit structure and vertical format
  • Captions/subtitles and basic hook text
  • Light brand styling, not heavy custom animation
06
Review Loop

Use the revision round

One revision round is included per asset unless stated otherwise. It covers caption corrections, small trim changes, music swaps, and minor text or styling tweaks.

  • Simple fixes stay inside the included revision
  • New concepts or new source footage are new scope
  • Approval is required before final delivery
07
Delivery

Receive final files

Final assets are delivered for client posting. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after all required materials are received, accessible, and confirmed.

  • Final export files ready for platform upload
  • Client retains ownership of accounts and assets
  • Optional next package or add-on can be scoped afterward

Make the handoff easy.

Most delays come from missing access, unclear source files, or a changed brief after editing starts. This checklist keeps the production window clean.

Folder structure

Create one folder for the project and separate raw footage, transcripts, brand assets, and reference examples.

Permissions

Use sharing settings that allow the files to be viewed and downloaded. If access is restricted, add the Luminous email before submitting.

Source notes

Flag the strongest moments, must-use clips, words to avoid, preferred captions style, and any accuracy requirements.
