Use this form to send the brief first. After scope and payment are confirmed, we send a dedicated upload link for footage, brand files, and source documents.
1. Send the brief
Tell us the package, goal, deadline, platform, and what source material already exists. A public or shared material link is optional at this stage.
2. Confirm scope and payment
Fixed packages can move through Stripe checkout. Custom repurposing gets checked first so the source length, output count, and turnaround are clear before payment.
3. Upload materials
We send a dedicated upload link through Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or another agreed tool. Make sure link access is set to allow viewing/downloading, avoid password-only sharing, and include footage, audio, transcripts, logos, brand notes, references, and any required fonts or colors in one clearly named folder.
4. Confirm access
After upload, we check that every file opens, downloads, and has the permissions needed for editing. If a link is blocked or files are missing, we confirm the fix before the turnaround clock starts.
5. Receive final files
Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after all required materials are received and accessible.
